Thorpe Lubenham Hall

DMS undertook a full scale internal and external renovation of an 19th century stately home. Over a 12 month period the team worked tirelessly to create new spaces and modernise what once was a well loved home in need of some updating.

Overcoming obstacles that aren't typical of a traditional renovation project due to the intricacies of the property, it meant that DMS had to come up with imaginative and innovative ways to achieve the same end goals.

Stanford Lodge

In a previous life Stanford Lodge was a run down three bedroom house that was owned by the management of the surrounding reservoir. A full demolition took place and a masterpiece of craftsmanship was created. 

Stanford Lodge is unique in the sense that it was designed so that the main living areas are located on the top floor to take advantage of the beauty and views of the neighbouring water.​

Nationwide Pathology Laboratory

Once a general machinery store now turned into a state of the art pathology testing laboratory. From groundworks to carpentry and everything in between, DMS carried out and project managed the task from start to finish, producing a high quality new home to an innovative and growing business.

Holly Tree Cottage

Originally built in the early 2000's with little improvements completed since this time, DMS took on the full house renovation in 2021. An orangery extension was added to the property, creating a family friendly open plan kitchen diner. Despite this being the main feature of the house, a full re work was completed which included bathroom refurbishments, new flooring throughout and made to measure wardrobes fitted.

Kilworth Turn

DMS converted a five bedroom house with derelict outbuildings into 4 spacious family homes. This involved a new build, extensions onto existing buildings and renovation in the heart of the original house.

State of the art appliances and finishes were applied throughout. 

Cheneys

What once was a tired and dated 1960's property is now a fully renovated and modern detached family four bedroom home thanks to the DMS team. This involved a double storey extension which created a free flowing space downstairs, opening up to a fully remodelled landscape garden. 

Rushes Lane

No project is too big or small for the DMS team. A cottage renovation in the heart of a village was meticulously carried out ensuring to keep the warmth and character of an old style property whilst modernising it to ensure longevity for years to come.
